Emotional intelligence is the ability of a person to manage his emotional life with intelligence; maintain emotional harmony and disclosure through self-awareness skills, self-control, self-motivation, empathy and social skills. The purpose of this research was to look the effect of PBL on mathematics learning to the students’ emotional intelligence. This study was used quasi experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The subjects were 38 students of VIII-B. The result showed there was an effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) on mathematics learning to the emotional intelligence of junior high school students. The influence is a positive influence. Activities in PBL contribute to the development of students' emotional intelligence.
2020-03-02T03:04:54+00:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Curup Annual Conference on Math (CACM) https://prosiding.iaincurup.ac.id/index.php/cacm/article/view/2 Respon Siswa terhadap Penggunaan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Konteks Lubuklinggau dengan Pendekatan PMRI 2020-03-05T10:42:19+00:00 Idul Adha, Rani Refianti Idul_adha12@yahoo.com
The purpose of this study was to determine student responses to the use of the Lubuklinggau context-based worksheet on the subject of integers in class VII SMP N 8 Lubuklinggau. This research refers to development research using a 4-D research model that has been modified to become 3-D. The data collection technique used in this study was the provision of questionnaire responses after learning to use the Lubuklinggau Context-based worksheet was completed. Based on the results of the questionnaire responses obtained information on the average score of 72.5% student responses in the good category. This shows that overall students gave positive responses to the use of student worksheets (LKS) based on the Lubuklinggau context with the PMRI approach.
2020-03-02T03:38:10+00:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Curup Annual Conference on Math (CACM) https://prosiding.iaincurup.ac.id/index.php/cacm/article/view/9 Desain Soal Matematika Model PISA Menggunakan Konteks Lubuklinggau 2020-03-05T10:17:47+00:00 Elya Rosalina, As Elly S elyarosalina25@gmail.com
The purpose of this study is to design a mathematical problem PISA model using the Lubuklinggau context for junior high school students. The Development Model in this research refers to the development of a 4-D model which consists of 4 stages, namely the defining stage, the design stage, the development stage and the disseminate stage. But in this study, researchers limit the development stage only to the design stage (design).
